It’s time to start thinking about volleyball club tryouts and OTL Volleyball in Phoenix is ready to help!
We are growing here at OTL Volleyball with experienced coaches built on a core foundation of Teach | Train | Perform. Our club focuses on teaching proper technique in all areas of the game and developing personal growth for every one of our athletes.
The fees for this upcoming season will be posted as we get closer to tryouts. When comparing prices to other clubs, well, there is no comparison. We have the best prices of all the Phoenix volleyball clubs and provide the best value for every dollar spent with our program.
This includes practices that run all the way through the month of May. The club fee includes our volleyball training and conditioning program for all teams.
Steps To Register For Tryouts
Step 1 – Age Eligibility
Enter your birth date and see what age category your daughter must play.
Step 2 – Register With The AZ Region – Pre-Tryout Requirement
All individuals must register or renew their Arizona Region membership online for the 2020/2021 season PRIOR to any Open House sessions and tryouts.
Please bring your 2020/2021 membership card or PAID confirmation page, showing you have registered, to all OTL events.
Step 3 – Information For OTL Volleyball Open Houses &Tryouts
Below are the dates and locations for OTL open houses and tryouts. Make sure the OTL Participation Waiver is filled out, signed, and brought to the Open House for your daughter. She will not be able to participate unless this is filled out and signed. We look forward to you attending our open house and experiencing what OTL Volleyball is all about!

Proof of USAV Jr. Membership (membership card or receipt)
Complete the Concussion Acknowledgement Form
Complete the SafeSport Acknowledgement Form
Complete the USAV Medical Release Form
Complete the COVID 19 Waiver & Release of Liability
Provide a photocopy of your daughter’s birth certificate (if first year playing in the AZ Region)

Concussion Education
All athletes and their parents must be educated in the signs, symptoms and what to do if you have a concussion. Coaches must also be trained regarding the same.
Arizona Region requires that each parent and player read the respective CDC Fact Sheet on Concussions and sign an Acknowledgement Form indicating they understand the signs, symptoms and what to do if they think they have a concussion.
The Acknowledgement form is to be turned in to the club with registration materials.
Safesport Education
In Arizona a parent and player are to read over the SafeSport Document and submit a signed SafeSport Participant Form (Page 3 of the SafeSport Document) as part of the membership paperwork.
PLEASE print the Concussion Acknowledgement Form AND Page 3 of the SafeSport Document BACK to BACK on one page.
These forms are to be turned in to the club with registration materials.
At the conclusion of tryouts, players chosen to play with OTL will be asked to sign their contracts and an initial deposit (commitment fee – paid in cash, by check or credit card) will be required at that time. Please have a parent available at the conclusion of tryouts to sign the required documents and provide payment.
